5 ways to boost confidence

 

        1) BE A FRONT SEATER

                                         Always sit in front of in any event, be it classroom, be it any important event.

        2)  HAVE EYE CONTACT.

                                         Speak to people with eye contact. Don't look somewhere ignoring eye contact.

             Eye contact portays honesty and straightforwardness.

         3) WALK 25% FASTER.

                                          Don't run , but walk 25% faster. Your body portays what your mind says.

              Unhealthy postures and bad body language portays lack of passion and goal.

         4) PRACTICE SPEAKING UP.

                                          Always speak up to people no matter whether you are in events or any 

             public or private places. It takes you away from inferiority complex.TO BE GREAT IS TO BE 

             MISUNDERSTOOD.

         5) SMILE BIG

                                      Smile always keeps you confident. While smiling, your brain nourishes you                     with hormones.
